Formed in 1976, the club is branch no. 935 of the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC). We meet every Tuesday evening from 8:00pm at Newcastle Emlyn pool for training and lectures, and afterwards around 9:00pm at the Emlyn Arms Hotel.

We are a friendly club and prospective new members are always made very welcome. Try dives can be arranged for individuals or groups who are interested to discover the sport and want to find out what it is all about. The Club has ample training kits to get new members started before they buy. Why not come along for a chat on a club night, meet some of the members and see what we have to offer?

The club is fortunate to have two boats, plenty of Instructors and a Regional Coach to offer. The club aims to uphold and support the beliefs and rules of the BSAC, supplying quality training and sport diving within the club system. We endeavour to train at the pace dictated by the needs and abilities of our members. The club plans regular open water training sessions and more adventurous expeditions at all levels of experience. There are various weekend and day trips organised by the members. As well as the basic training the club is involved in regional skills development courses and special interest lectures for the more experienced divers

CSAC welcomes visiting divers, if you are thinking of a holiday or visiting the area and looking for a dive do look us up.
